Barsol Pisco Primero Quebranta is crafted with 100% Italia grapes, sourced from the Ica Valley and undergo a partial fermentation before distillation in small batches on a copper pot still. No water or other additives are added. As a result, the wine that is distilled has an initial lower alcohol content of about 3-5%, with high residual sugars, aromas and flavors of the fresh Italia grapes. Barsol Pisco Primero Quebranta comes from the famous pisco-growing regions of Peru, where the art of making pisco holds cultural significance. Barsol's dedication to producing exceptional pisco includes selecting and using the finest Mosto Verde Italia grapes using traditional fermentation techniques to capture essential fruit elements.
