123 Tequila Blanco is tequila number one also known as Uno from the 123 tequila series created by David Ravandi. This splendid tequila is produced from the Blue agave grown in the Amatitan mountains in Jalisco Mexico. is unaged and clean with intense aromas of fresh agave. Vibrant with lemon peel, black pepper, and minerals. Smooth as silk, with a slightly sweet kick on a lengthy finish, inviting you for a second sip.
123 Tequila Reposado is tequila number two also known as dos from the 123 tequila series. created by David Ravandi. This splendid tequila is produced from the Blue agave grown in the Amatitan mountains in Jalisco Mexico. is known as the most complex tequila in the 123 series. It has dominant hints of vanilla on the nose, mingled with slight hints of salted Mexican flan. On the palate you'll notice soft hints of Creme Brulee and toffee notes. The finish is light with a minty anise finish.
123 Tequila Añejo is tequila number three also known as Tres from the 123 tequila series created by David Ravandi. This splendid tequila is produced from the Blue agave grown in the Amatitan mountains in Jalisco Mexico. This Añejo is easy on the nose with aromas of tanning and wood oil notes. You'll notice tones of rich caramel and dark chocolate notes on the palate. The finish is refreshing with a bright hint of agave mingled with a tint of oak.
History
123 Organic Tequila Collection was created by David Ravandi after 30 years of specializing in organic farming and distillation. His dream was to create a purely organic and sustainable tequila from the mountains of Amatitan. Plants are aged for 10yrs then harvested. The heart of the plant, “The pineapple” gets roasted in an old-fashioned stone oven. After, they extract the pulp from the juice and begin the fermentation process. To commence creating four different styles of Tequila. Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo (diablito).
