Koloa Kaua'i Gold Rum is gentle and brings forward initial flavors of Hawaii with Kōloa Kauaʻi Gold Rum, a genuine expression of Kauaʻi’s dark, rich sugar cane. Distilled in a vintage copper pot still, it unfolds with notes of crystallized sugar comes through very clearly. It is a honeyed, caramel flavor which is sweet and inviting. Citrus zest, and light peppery spices follow. 

Koloa Kaua'i White Rum is gentle and brings forward initial flavors of Hawaii with Kōloa Kauaʻi White Rum, a genuine expression of Kauaʻi’s dark, rich sugar cane. Distilled in a vintage copper pot still, is dry and crisp with hints of oak, licorice and toasted sugars. Clean and inviting, with a fruity pineapple finish. From this distillate, and using the vintage copper pot still, all of the rum is made in a batch style. The resulting white rum is about as pure as rum can be.

Distilled in a vintage copper pot still, it unfolds a delightful blend of vanilla, chocolate, and espresso flavors, embodying the spirit of the beautiful Kauaʻi island.

Koloa Kaua'I Spice Rum is gentle and brings forward initial flavors of Hawaii with Kōloa Kauaʻi Spiced Rum, a genuine expression of Kauaʻi’s dark, rich sugar cane. Distilled in a vintage copper pot still, it unfolds with notes of hints of spice cake on the nose. Extremely well-balanced with a hint of caramel and vanilla followed by a long, smooth finish.

Koloa Kaua'i Coconut Rum is gentle and brings forward initial flavors of Hawaii with Kōloa Kauaʻi Coconut Rum, a genuine expression of Kauaʻi’s dark, rich sugar cane. Distilled in a vintage copper pot still, it unfolds with notes of crystallized sugar comes through very clearly. It is coconut flavored which is sweet and inviting.

Distilled, blended, and bottled by Kōloa Rum Company in Kalaheo, Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi, this dark rum is crafted from pure cane sugar, showcasing the island's authentic rum-making traditions. The rum is distilled in a vintage 1,210-gallon steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from the ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale, embodying a meticulous process that pays homage to the age-old rum distillation practices. With a deep chocolate brown appearance, Kōloa Kauaʻi Spiced Rum invites a sensory exploration that begins with a robust vanilla aroma, harmoniously accompanied by hints of dark semi-sweet chocolate and fresh brewed espresso.
