Heaven Hill Heritage Collection Barrel Proof Bourbon 17 Yr (First Edition) is a unique 17-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon produced at Old Heaven Hills Springs Distillery. It is the first edition of a new limited edition series, the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection will join the Parker’s Heritage Collection as an annual limited release, with the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection released in the spring and Parker’s Heritage Collection released in the fall. This unique bourbon goes through an accelerated maturation process, giving it a particular character, depth, and flavor profile that doesn’t match its age.
