This splendid tequila is floral and fragrant with prominent aromas of cooked agave on the nose. the palate is filled with rich and thick notes of honey, which is well balanced with light hints of sassafras, fresh cut grass, and undertones of vanilla. The finish is sweet and lengthy for toasted marshmallow, and notes of apple.

History
Espanita Añejo Tequila is a small batch Añejo produced by a brand steeped in the rich history of tequila production. Each bottle carries the legacy of Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico's dedication to producing tequila at the highest level, representing the finest Mexican tequila heritage. It is produced with 100% Blue Agave, grown in the high altitudes of Jalisco’s Highlands. Espanita is estate-bottled at one of Mexico's most respected artisanal distilleries. Created by using hand-selected ripe Agaves and traditional production methods to maintain its purity. It is aged in lightly charred American white oak barrels that were previously used in Bourbon production to ensure mellow and complex bourbon-finished flavor.
