WhistlePig The Boss Hog Edition 1 "Spice Dance" is known as the "Spice Dance" in "The Boss Hog Spice Dance Series" of Whiskeys produced in Vermont to commemorate the Harvest of the Whistle pig. This Special Edition Whisky is produced with a mash bill of corn malted barely and extra rye to impart a spicier tone all through out the whiskey. This barrel strength bourbon is bright with bold hits of sweet maraschino cherries on the font end of the palate. The palate has subtle hints of wood mingled with caramel and orange peels. The finish is medium and a little dry with acidic notes.

It is a pure barrel strength bottled above 100% proof, It is a 100% single grain, straight rye whiskey, crafted from 24 of our oldest and most unique barrels. It was produced in Shoreham, Vermont at a 500-acre farm which is not opened to the public. Whistlepig has continued to grow in popularity due to its longer aging process and premium packaging. This old whisky is Hand Bottled in Vermont.
