History
Cabrito Blanco Tequila 100% de Agave is crafted at the Hacienda El Centinela on the outskirts of the town of Arandas, in the highlands of Jalisco, since 1904. It was established in 1890 in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. Casa Centinela was founded by the Torres Perez Vargas family. Casa Centinela have been producing Tequila from 100 percent agave reposado which is the seventh-ranked brand in Mexico, as well as No. 1 in volume in the 100-percent Agave category for the country.
