Cascade Street Distillery South Sister Gin is crafted with a unique blend of an exceptional citrus forward base and handpicked juniper berries, desert sage and Ponderosa Pine pods indigenous to Central Oregon..” One of the things that sets them apart is the water. All of Cascade Street’s premium liquors are blended and bottled with pristine mountain spring water that flows from volcanic rock filtered aquifers in Sisters in very small batches.
