Taste Champagne Taittinger Brut Prelude Grands Crus is full bodied with fine bubbles, and minerals on the palate, notes of elderflowers and spicy cinnamon, dominated by fresh citrus and white peaches, for a lingering finish.
History Champagne Taittinger Brut Prelude Grands Crus is crafted with 100% white Chardonnay grapes. It was founded by Jacques Furneaux in Reims and has kept a great reputation of producing great brut champagnes. One of the few remaining family owned and operated Champagne houses. Distinguished for its extensive vineyard holdings of 752 acres, including prestigious Grand Cru vineyards. Also unique is the higher proportion of Chardonnay in its wines, and the time devoted to aging the wines exceeding the legal requirement, is a practice that also has become a Taittinger hallmark.
