Hamilton Demerara 151 Overproof Rum is rich and complex with notes of brown sugar, caramel, nutmeg, cloves, prunes, raisins and licorice. The finish has notes of espresso, pencil shavings, strawberries in syrup, walnuts and a pinch of salt.
History
Hamilton Demerara 151 Overproof Rum is a unique blend of aged, up to five years, pot and column still rum from DDL, the distillers of Lemon Hart and El Dorado. Preserves the smoky tobacco flavors found in Demerara rums.
