History
Mezcal Derrumbes Michoacan is an unaged Artisanal mezcal crafted in the heart of Tzitzio, Michoacan Mexico. Tzitzio, is a small town in Michoacan which is a part of Mexico. This town is known for its wild but abundant agave. It is crafted with Michoacán's two iconic agaves Chino & Alto. It follows the traditional method of production, using a horno de tierra, Tahona, natural fermentation, and small scale distillation in copper pot stills.
