Mary J. Summerlin worked as a cigar binder by day and a buck dancer by night while living in Savannah, Georgia circa 1910. With a fondness for great hats and the occasional cocktail, this gin was created in her honor.

The mouthfeel is surprisingly rich considering the body’s lighter 80-proof weight. A hint of rainwater remains on the petrichor-driven finish.”
