Spring Mill Bourbon Twice Barreled hails from Indiana and is aged in two sets of new, charred American white oak. Sweet and spicy with notes of vanilla custard and baking spices. On the palate it is  dangerously drinkable at 90 proof. Baking spices, vanilla custard, sweet corn and light oak. With it's Nose it gives a sweet hint of spicy rye, juniper, and clove. This bourbon product finishes with Spicy with hints of smoky char and more oak.
