Bruxo No.3 Barril Mezcal Joven is edition No.3 in this series of Mezcals created with excellent craftsmanship and a tribute to Mexican Heritage. It is rich and elegant with aromas of minerals on the nose that are meshed with peppery herbs. the palate is earthy with notes of dried leaves on a creamy and supple palate. The finish is warm with faint hints of char on the back end of the palate.

History
Bruxo No.3 Barril Mezcal Joven is the third of many crafted by a group of friends who fell in love with the country of Mexico. They discovered the magic of mezcal, but above all, its people. Brujo translates to shaman, wise, illuminated; and the "X " in Bruxo then refers to the pronunciation of their origin lands, Oaxaca and México. Each bottle of Bruxo varies slightly from lot to lot, so make sure to check your bottle for details. This mezcal uses Barril maguey from San Agustin Amatengo. The mezcalero, Candido Reyes, AKA Tio Conejo (Uncle Rabbit), is well known in this community. The flavors of this mezcal are savory with notes of minerality.
