History
Batiste Rhum Silver is crafted in the southeast region of the French Caribbean island of Marie Galante. The fresh cut sugarcane is fermented for 36 hours and distilled to 156 proof a Domaine Bellevue, a new state of the art solar powered plantation. It is carbon negative, resting in ex-rye whiskey casks for three to six months. Silver Rhum earned a bronze medal at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a Gold medal at the 2019 Sunset Magazine International Spirits Competition. It is a sophisticated blend of tradition and sustainability. The eco-conscious Batiste Rhum Silver Rum is made from pure and fresh sugarcane juice rum.
