Mathilde Framboise Landes is prodcued with several varieties of raspberry are used to make Mathilde Framboise. Some are from Scotland, well known for its berry fruit like Glen Prosen, Glen Moy and Glen Clova which illustrate the country’s wealth of fruit. Rose de Plombieres, grown in the Hautes Cotes de Bourgogne, gives the liqueur delicacy, while Violette de Bouze completes the rich and complex bouquet.

History
Mathilde Framboise Landes is the  history of Mathilde Crème de Cassis de la Santonz can be traced back to the early 19th century when the Santonz region, known for its fruitful black farming, became a significant winemaking center and won the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition in the 19th century. It is made according to a family tradition that dates back 200 years, Mathilde Framboise Landes is a combination of natural alcohols.
