123 Tequila Añejo Is easy on the nose with, tanning and wood oil notes, this fade revealing tones of rich caramel and dark chocolate notes. The back end leaves a clean, fresh, nice hint of agave with a tint of oak.
123 Tequila Añejo was crafted after specializing in organic farming and distillation for 30 years, a dream was achieved! Creating a purely organic and sustainable tequila from the mountains of Amatitan. Plants are aged for 10yrs then harvested. The heart of the plant “the pineapple” gets roasted in an old-fashioned stone oven. After they extract the pulp from the juice and begin the fermentation process. To begin creating four different styles of Tequila. Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo (diablito).
