Blanton's Original Single Barrel Bourbon was the first Blanton's created for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. This bourbon is made with a sour mash of corn, rye and malted barley before maturing in American White Oak casks. The nose on this one is very deep, and satisfying with incredibly sweet hints of caramel, vanilla, nutmeg, and citrus. Prominent dry vanilla notes on the palate with subtle hints of honey amid strong caramel and corn. On the palate blends of sweet vanilla, tangy orange citrus and subtle lemon. The finish is medium composed of returning corn, vanilla, and nutmeg flavors .

Glencairn Crystal solved the problem of identifying the ideal glass for whiskey, appropriately named the Glencairn Whiskey Glass. Designed by Raymond Davidson nearly 25 years earlier, its development involved pulling together the master blenders from the five largest whisky companies and asking them to perfect his initial design.
While the traditional style of whiskey glass is a cut crystal Old Fashioned whiskey tumbler, an iconic design that remains the most commonly used type of whisky glass. However, a tumbler does not hold and focus the aromas as much for the experience of the drinker as the other styles, which curve inwards towards the top of the glass. While not all drinkers may find the strong aroma produced by such glasses desirable, inward-curved glasses are often preferred by connoisseurs who consider the aroma especially important to the experience of a whiskey.
JM's Dominican Churchill Maduro cigars are value-priced premium cigars manufactured by the JM Tobacco Company in Santiago, Dominican Republic. JM's are handmade with prime Dominican Cuban-seed long filler tobaccos. JM's Dominican Maduro is hand rolled from well-aged Cuban seed tobacco leaves grown in the rich soils of the Dominican Republic, then wrapped carefully in a dark and oily Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper to create a hearty, bold cigar. The honey-like sweetness and the natural sweet aroma of the Connecticut broadleaf binder make this cigar an enjoyably smooth and flavor earthy smoke.
History
Blanton's Original Single Barrel Bourbon is best known as "liquid gold"! It is a special Japanese exclusive Blanton's bourbon bottled at 40% ABV. It was first released in1984 by Elmer T. Lee who was the Master distiller at Buffalo Trace at the time. Previously known as the George T. Stagg Distillery. There he worked with Colonel Albert Bacon Blanton who was the president of the Buffalo Trace distillery from 1921-1951. During the time he worked for him, he noticed that when ever there were ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends he would choose a bottle aged at warehouse H at Buffalo Trace. Which is the only metal-clad warehouse at the distillery, the warehouse was built shortly after prohibition and being metal it created a lot of temperature fluctuation because the metal doesn't insulate and it would change how the whisky aged. It is aged a fine 6 years, and has a higher rye content. Although Blanton is all about quality over quantity, the liquor brand can only supply so much at a time. There are eight different stoppers across random bottles of Blanton's–the brand known as the 'whiskey with the horse on top'. They were added in 1999, each stopper has a letter circled on the lower left side to spell out “B-L-A-N-T-O-N'-S.” These are visible upon purchase, though some customers claim that some letters are harder to find than others. Still, Blanton's assures fans that it produces the same number of each every year. Blanton's found overseas will be 700 ml, while domestic releases are 750 ml.
