History
Nankai Shochu Sake is Available exclusively from Amami Oshima Island, Nankai Shochu. It features our distillery handcrafts Nankai Shochu by vacuum-distillation, making it exceptionally smooth, easy to drink, and pure. Our fans not only love Nankai Shochu for its clean, vibrant, and sweet flavor and aroma, but also because it's the healthy choice. Nankai Shochu Sake is a famous Japanese Shochu with a rich history dating back to the early 18th century. In 1716, Nankai Shujo Winery was founded in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. The winery’s founder, Jiro Takenaka, carefully honed his shochu production process to create a unique shochu.
