Taste
Yellow Rose Distilling Premium American Whiskey is sweet, with dominating hints of banana, dark fruit, citrus, and a hint of cinnamon, with an incredibly smooth finish. On the nose, ripe apples, caramel, banana, butterscotch, and a hint of spices as the finish. American Whiskey can also taste smokey, or ashy, with hints of leather, and cherry. They're generally more mild, and approachable than single malts.

History
Yellow Rose Distilling Premium American Whiskey is a perfect mix of southern charm, and rustic cowboy style, with plenty of heart. Fuller in flavor then typical Canadian blends due to a higher bourbon content. A worthy addition to any top shelf, in Texas or around the world.  Yellow Rose is Houston's First Legal Whiskey Distillery. The idea for Yellow Rose Whiskey was born on a night among friends. In the years since, their spirits have challenged traditions, won awards, and put the city of Houston, Texas on the global whiskey map.
