This Mezcal is full-bodied with flavorful notes of cooked agave, mingled with rich caramel. The palate features a harmonious balance of sweet fruits and subtle notes of freshly cut grass, wildflowers, lime zest, and clove. The finish is engaging and refreshing with mineral notes and a spiced aftertaste from mild green Chile on the backend of the palate.
