History
Bayou White Rum is a skillfully homemade product from the molasses of sugarcanes found in the delta of the Mississippi River. After a complex distilling process, the rum is blended with Louisianan Creole baking which contains three distinct flavors vanilla, sweet figs, and cinnamon. It is crafted at the Bayou® Rum Distiller. Who opened their door in Lacassine, LA. Utilizing traditional methods with state-of-the-art technology from fermentation through distillation, maturation and bottling, Bayou Rum has earned its title of #1 Craft Rum in America. The Bayou White Rum can be consumed neat or in a blended form with a cocktail.
