Dr. Siegart eventually settled upon a mix of herbs and spices that he called āAmargo Aromaticoā ā today, this concoction is world famous and is simply known as Angostura Bitters. Inspired by his success, Siegart turned to rum production, utilizing the same meticulous approach to blending flavors.
