Del Maguey San Pedro Taviche Mezcal is floral and fragrant with prominent notes of cooked agave, with notes of dried dates, raisins, and hazelnuts, married in a chocolate mist. The finish is herbaceous with hints of dried tarragon, nutmeg and sweet ceder.

History
Del Maguey San Pedro Taviche Mezcal is a unique spirit that is a limited edition mezcal made in a remote mountain valley of Ocotlan, Oaxaca. This spirit gets is unique flavor from the blending of wild agaves: Espadin, Tobala, Tobasiche, and Tepextate. The earth roasted hearts are ground by two men using giant mallets, fermented naturally by airborne microbes, and distilled slowly twice in a tiny 150 liter copper still.
