History
Sipsmith London Dry Gin is an expression of a classic, traditional London Dry Gin, produced at a micro distillery located in London. It is the first copper-pot distillery to open within London's city limits in nearly two centuries and has been a subsidiary of Beam Suntory since December 2016. Bold, complex, and aromatic, Sipsmith is smooth enough for a Martini yet rich and balanced, making it perfect for a G&T. Founded by Sam Galsworthy, Fairfax Hall, and Jared Brown, the distillery aims to produce a traditional yet authentic craft gin using ten carefully selected botanicals. The distillation process is overseen by Prudence, a unique copper still designed in collaboration with Germany's oldest distillery producers, highlighting Sipsmith's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
