Chandon Rose Sparkling Wine is crafted with 73%Chardonnay, 26% Pinot Noir, and 1% Pinot Meunier. It is crafted from a blend of white and red wine bases. Before pressing, destemmed black-skinned grapes which are left to macerate until the desired color is achieved 24 to 72 hours depending on the year. All grapes used to make the wine are harvested in the same year.
