Charbay Premiere Release 27 Years Old No. 83 Brandy is crafted at Charbay Distillery & Winery which was founded in 1983, and is owned and managed by Master Distiller Miles Karakasevic, his wife Susan, their son Marko and his wife, Jenni. The Karakasevics are considered pioneers in the American artisan distillery movement dating back to 1751. The business. Based in Napa Valley, the distillery is located on Spring Mountain above St. Helena, California. It is double-distilled in Charbay’s Alambic Charentais Pot Still from 100% Folle Blanche, the classic variety of Cognac is then aged in new French Limousine for 27 years.
