After the agave is harvested, the pina or heart of the plant is then cooked in stone and brick ovens, allowing for the natural sugars to develop fully. The spirit undergoes twice distillation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring purity and smoothness. What sets this Blanco apart is its brief aging period of three weeks in French white oak barrels, which imparts subtle complexities to its flavor profile while maintaining the fresh, vibrant character typical of a Blanco tequila.
