History
Don Cayo Blanco is a rich, sensory delight that transports you to the heart of Mexico. It is a unique spirit that is produced from 100% Tequilana Webber agave which is grown in Jalisco, Mexico. After the agave is harvested, the piña or heart of the plant is then cooked in stone and brick ovens, and twice distilled in stainless steel tanks. This Blanco is then aged three weeks in French white oak barrels.
