Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon is a bourbon that was named in honor of master distiller Elijah Craig. This limited-edition bourbon was first released in 1986 and is still produced at the Heaven Hill Distillery. This bourbon was released to commemorate the presence of Heaven hill. This bourbon is smooth and rich with prominent notes of rich and complex with prominent notes of buttered popcorn, toasted honey, cocoa, and pipe tobacco. The finish is long and dry with notes of mint and light citrus.
