Evan Williams Fire Whiskey is a unique cinnamon infused spirit from the Evan Williams Bourbon family, named after the founder himself. Established in 1783, Evan Williams was a pioneer in the bourbon industry, owning the second largest selling Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey in the US and the world. His distillery was the first commercial distillery in Kentucky, situated just a few blocks from where he built it along the banks of the Ohio River.
