Inspired to create a gin like no other, Carolus Nolet, Sr., tenth generation owner of Nolet Distillery, dedicated over four decades of his life to perfecting NOLET'S Reserve Gin. NOLET'S Reserve. This gin is the brainchild of the 10th and 11th generation of the Nolet family, embodying a modern take on gin while echoing the meticulous craftsmanship ingrained in over 330 years of distillation tradition. The gin takes a floral and fruit-forward narrative, differentiating itself with a unique blend of botanicals - juniper, peach, raspberry, and Turkish rose. These botanicals, infused in a wheat-based spirit, give Nolet's Silver Gin its distinctive floral forward profile, a soft, round taste with a slightly tart finish, making it one of the most contemporary floral-forward gins in the market.
