Highland Park 50 Year represents a brand that values the uniqueness of Highland Park Distillery bourbon and takes the traditional pot still that creates a genuinely special Bourbon. Each bottle is a testament to the richness of Highland Park Distillery bourbon and reflects the spirit of its producers, who take pride in producing Bourbon that captures the essence of Highland Park boldness and the warmth of its presence. It is a unique whisky which has been hand-bottled from just 2 sherry-seasoned Spanish oak hogsheads. It is produced from nine refill oak casks laid down in 1968, which were then married together in 2008 (at age 40) into new barrels, where they aged for an additional 12 years. This meticulous process ensures that every drop of this exquisite whiskey embodies the dedication and craftsmanship that Highland Park is renowned for, making it a true collector's item and a symbol of luxury in the whisky world.
