The plate is filled of sweet notes from oranges and a hint of coconut, banana and a brief pear note. The finish is dry with wood notes. it is the pioneering spirit and strong sense of individualism that Boann Distillery is known for.

The Whistler Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish Irish Whiskey is a spirit crafted with three cask finished blends from the Boann Distillery's 'Whistler Irish Whiskey Range. It is comprised of malt and grain whiskeys which have been matured separately in ex-bourbon casks and then come together to be finished in the Oloroso sherry hogsheads over a 9 month period.
