Koval Dry Gin Barreled is crafted at the first distillery to operate in Chicago since the mid-1800s. Founded by two married ex-academics, Koval focuses on organic kosher spirits distilled from ethically sourced ingredients. It is a delightful expression of Chicago's first distillery since the prohibition era, meticulously crafted in small batches.
