History
Edinburgh Elderflower Liqueur is a unique spirit that is distilled either underground at the eponymous Edinburgh Gin Distillery, or at their recently opened second distillery at The Biscuit Factory in the historic port of Leith. It is distilled using the best native ingredients, locally sourced from the rural landscapes which surround Edinburgh. Subtle yet complex, this floral liqueur is made with freshly-picked elderflowers. Elderflowers have a distinctive floral aroma and flavor that marry beautifully with gin botanicals.
