Carpano Botanic Bitter is fresh and complex with citrussy and exotic fruit flavors. It showcases the incredible flavor of Italian vermouth. Made in Italy, it represents dry vermouth's delicate and astonishing art. It is fresh cocoa beans and almonds complete the bouquet of this delicious vermouth. An initially smooth and velvety palate is rounded off by a complex winey note with mineral tones.

History
Carpano Botanic Bitter is crafted from a careful selection of ten aromatic herbs that are infused in the traditional method to reach a balanced taste. Saffron, sandalwood, fresh green orange peel, bitter orange peel, cinchona, rhubarb, zedoria, gentian, myrrh and wormwood. The assertive bitterness is balanced out with 150g of sugar per liter.  It’s also an excellent option for a nice shower or a drink on the rocks. Carpano Botanic Bitter gives a crisp and elegant taste. Its subtle herbal notes, balanced with citrus freshness, provide an excellent and refreshing character perfect for classic cocktails.
