Bosscal Mezcal Damiana is 100% artisanal & handcrafted. Slow cooked with volcanic rock in artisanal earth ovens. Agave is ground by hand with axes and fermented in oak wood vats. Double distilled in stainless steel stills. Mezcal is something Mexico still crafts with absolute passion and is generally produced in much smaller quantities. Since true artisanal Mezcal is hand crafted as described and unlike other industrialized spirits which place emphasis predominantly on high yields compromising quality by utilizing means and methods which have no soul or spirit; stripping away the very essence of what defines Mexico.
