Bruichladdich Rockside Farm 2011 Islay Barley a classic and sophisticated taste. Its palate delivers a clean and crisp character with a hint of a nutty finish, making a Bourbon perfect experience, for drinking straight or as a base for your favorite cocktails. It is smooth and complex with freshly mowed wet grass on the nose. An almost seaweed like sourness with plenty of citrus. Some smoke or char influenced from the barrel. Fresh and bright, with Meyer lemon and rhubarb. Blended with coconut, white chocolate, and baking spice along with wildflower honey. Incredibly well balanced, with a long, nutty finish.

Bruichladdich Islay barley 2011 is distilled from barley grown on six western and central Islay farms in 2010. Each bottle is a testament to the dedication of the makers, who aim to capture the essence of the Bruichladdich Distillery frontier and the passion of whiskey making.
