Rogers says, “Once you’ve had some good liquor, you’ll know it.” It is a popular moonlight flavor created by Sugarlands Distilling Co., a family-owned distillery in Gatlinburg, Tenn. The company moonlights the rich tradition of the Appalachians in 2014 by Greg Eadam II and Ned Vickers.
