Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila is crafted exclusively from 100% blue agave grown in the rich volcanic soil of Jalisco, Azuñia Blanco Organic Estate Crafted Tequila 100% De Agave captures the essence of pure and authentic tequila flavor, which has been matured for a minimum of three years to impart a splendid mouthful. It is refreshing with bursts of lemon and tropical fruit flavors, finishing off with notes of light pepper.

History
Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila is a brand steeped in the rich history of tequila production. Each bottle carries the legacy of the Rancho Miravalle Distillery dedication to producing tequila at the highest level, representing the finest Mexican tequila heritage. It is crafted with 100% pure Weber Blue Agave grown in dedicated fields of the Tequila valley. Where the piñas are harvested by hand and roasted 36 hours in traditional clay ovens. After it is fermented naturally in open-air vats with wild borne-yeast, this process can take as long as a week to complete. Double-distilled and extracted at 46% ABV, the product ultimately clocks in at 40% ABV following the addition of a pure, on-property water source.
