History
Bushmills 21 Year Single Malt Irish Whiskey is crafted by the Shelby Family and Bushmills Irish Whiskey who share stories of passion and perseverance in the face of adversity. As Bushmills passed craftsmanship and recipes down through generations of skilled whiskey-makers, it stood the test of time for more than 400 years on the edges of the north coast of Ireland, overcoming conflict, fire and famine. This whisky is aged for 19 years in American oak and Spanish sherry barrels before being transferred to old Madeira drums for the last two years of maturation.
