Hibiki 30 Year "Kacho Fugetsu" is a highly collectible whisky which has been named 'Kacho Fugetsu" which translates to "Beauty Of Japanese Nature". It really show cases the botanicals which is said to "enhance" the single malt whisky with its distinctive flavor. On the nose you'll notice profound aromas of sandalwood, honeycomb, and caramelized nuts. On the palate, you'll notice tropical notes of ripe banana, dried apricot, dark cherries, caramel, spice and Mizunara. the finish has notes of charred oak, and smoke which lingers through the long, structured finish.

History
Hibiki 30 Year "Kacho Fugetsu" is a limited edition whisky which produced a limited amount of bottles at the House of Suntory located in Japan. It is owned by Suntory whose founder Shinjiro Torii was inspired by Scottish whisky and set out to create his own Japanese inspired in different terrain and climate conditions. Suntory is now a world famous brand which is known for producing quality, technique, and sophistication.
