Champagne Collet Blanc de Blancs Collection Privee is the true essence of Privé's exquisite, carefully crafted craftsmanship with an unwavering commitment to quality that captures the essence of traditional Champagne artisans with a slightly modern edge. It is luscious and full bodied with vibrant smoked citrus notes, vanilla, brioche and walnut notes. Finished with hints of licorice, pepper, and smoky notes.

History
Champagne Collet Blanc de Blancs Collection Privee is crafted with white grapes which is what make this the “whites of whites” which makes it more luscious and light. Champagne Collet’s vineyard sources are in Premier and Grand Cru villages that reflect the diversity of Champagne’s terroirs. The fruit comes from a vast majority of growers. However, winemaker Sebastien Walasiak uses no more than 10% of the overall vineyard yields. Sebastien blends the base wines of the classic Champagne varieties from hundreds of vineyards and vintages to maintain Champagne Collet’s incomparable house style. The wines are aged in 100-year-old chalk cellars resulting in softer wines needing less dosage.
