Della Vite Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is produced using time-honored techniques and the finest of the Glera grapes, the Della Vite Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is an extra dry Prosecco with a delightful appeal, celebrating both tradition and innovation the simple mix is celebrated. It is a creamy mousse with slight hints of tropical fruit, ripe pears, crunchy apples, chamomile, wildflowers and jelly. The finish has subtle nuances of toasted sourdough bread, crostini and almond biscotti.

History
Della Vite Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is produced by the Delevigne sisters in partnership with Carlo and Adriana Biasiotto. Prosecco is made by using sustainable methods and all their products are certified vegan. It has been awarded DOCG status, which is the highest classification for wine in Italy. It is crafted using handpicked grapes grown high in the valley of steep, stony, glacial soils. This imparts a vibrancy, minerality and mountain freshness to this extra dry Prosecco. But for Prosecco, this wine receives an extended second fermentation period of around 60 days, which is much longer than most Prosecco are required, which allows it to take on some of that yeasty flavor and rich creaminess.  It is produced by a brand that pays homage to the heritage of prosecco making, celebrating Italy's rich heritage and style. Drawing inspiration from various terroirs and imbued with the unwavering passion of its creators, it pays homage to age-old practices while embracing contemporary techniques that enhance the craft.
