Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon was created by the Mead family, who first arrived in Wyoming as ranchers in 1890. Over the course of 125 years, the family has remained dedicated to their ranching roots in Spring Gulch and Kirby, adapting to the changing landscape while preserving their rich heritage. In 2009, Brad and Kate Mead, along with their family, ventured into the world of distilling, founding Wyoming Whiskey with the vision of crafting a high-quality bourbon that reflects the spirit of Wyoming. Since 2014, Sam Mead has been at the helm, ensuring that the distillery maintains its commitment to quality and authenticity, using locally sourced ingredients and traditional methods to create a bourbon that stands out in the market.
