123 Tequila Extra Añejo (diablito) is a special edition tequila from the 123 tequila series. created by David Ravandi. This splendid tequila is produced from the Blue agave grown in the Amatitan mountains in Jalisco Mexico. s best known as the “little devil” of tequila which boasts a creamy body that greets the nose with aromas of vanilla, and black pepper. On the palate, you'll find dominant notes of vanilla, mingled with spices, and hints of roasted agave. The finish is tart, with bright notes of citrus and a long-lasting finish.
123 Tequila Extra Añejo (diablito) was created by David Ravandi after 30 years of specializing in organic farming and distillation. His dream was to create a purely organic and sustainable tequila from the mountains of Amatitan. Plants are aged for 10yrs then harvested. The heart of the plant, “The pineapple” gets roasted in an old-fashioned stone oven. After, they extract the pulp from the juice and begin the fermentation process. To commence creating four different styles of Tequila. Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo (diablito).
