The tequila is sourced from the mountains of Amatitan northeast of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. It is certified organic by the USDA and the EU.

123 Tequila Reposado (dos) Is the most complex tequila in the lineup. Hint of vanilla on the nose, beautiful, salted caramel Mexican flan, creme brulee, and toffee notes. There’s agave on the nose but it quickly disappears as you head for a light dessert course, completely with minty anise finish.
After specializing in organic farming and distillation for 30 years a dream was achieved. Creating a purely organic and sustainable tequila from the mountains of Amatitan. Plants are aged for 10yrs then harvested. The heart of the plant “the pineapple” gets roasted in an old-fashioned stone oven. After they extract the pulp from the juice and begin the fermentation process. To begin creating four different styles of Tequila.
Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, and Extra Anejo (diablito).
