Taste
1792 Full Proof Bourbon is very sweet upfront, fruit notes hit you right away. Is full bodied with thick, rich notes of cinnamon and pepper. Long spicy finish that brings out oak, baking spices, and a dark fruity sweetness.

History
1792 Full Proof Bourbon was crafted in a distillery built next to Thomas Moore Spring, back 1879. There are two natural springs on the property that have limestone that filters the water. Limestone filters out the iron and adds calcium to our water. Making it perfect for creating bourbon. After we’ve taken our corn, rye, and barley, cooked it fermented and distilled it. The product comes up to still and then gets put into barrels. The tail box in the distillation process essentially a show box that allows you to see what’s coming out and taste the whiskey before they put it in a barrel made from copper. There are several types of 1792 whiskey.
