After mashing and fermentation in stainless steel washbacks, the whisky undergoes a meticulous double distillation process using copper-pot wash stills. Following this, the spirit matures for 21 years in handmade oak casks, developing a unique character. The final touch comes from a period spent in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, enriching its flavor profile and creating a whisky revered worldwide.
