History
Alfred Schladerer Apple & Pear Brandy Schwarzwalder Obstwasser was first made in 1957 and quickly became one of the most important products in the collection. It is made with pears from the local region (Markgraflerland, Breisgau, Kaiserstuhl), France (Ardeche, Drome, Isere and Savoie) and Italy (Trentino and Lombardy).
